Amazing view of Lake Constance from the hotel. The hotel has a great wellness center with lots of facilities. The staff was very nice and attentive. The location is good, with easy transportation.

I absolutely love this place! The location in the idyllic hills of the Appenzell is simply breathtaking. The restaurant offers delicious meals and the staff is always attentive and helpful. The service here is top-notch, with room service available 24/7. The spa and wellness centre is where I spent most of my time, enjoying the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The hotel even offers a range of beauty treatments and massages. The sun terrace provides a perfect spot to relax and soak up the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. the comfort and luxury of this venue exceeded my expectations.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.

I have changed a room with a view, it was spectacular. Strongly recommend to book a room with view. Location is excellent, room was very clean and well organized. Loved breakfast. Recommend for people who is looking for weekend break, would like to have a very relaxed day off. Wouldn't recommend for someone who is willing to have a night time fun, or shopping, as there won't be many restaurants and shops. Spa and massage services seem pretty decent, but couldn't afford the cost. If you have some more extra money, recommend to have a go as well.

The views from the rooms were stunning and the spa facilities were modern and comprehensive, providing a classic Swiss Kur Ort experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast had a good selection. The location was great for walks in the hills around the town, with transport support available.

Despite the clean facilities, the room furnishings and bathroom needed updating. The lack of air conditioning led to some discomfort during the night.

Room had no AC, had to open window but it was noisy on the street side, bottom line: on summer insist on a lake side room otherwise you may have problems.

In the outside restaurant the waiting between the dishes, and until we are served was vry long, and not necessary

Amazing spa and magnificent view! the pool is a great size and the hot tub is fantastic. the location is perfect for exploring the beautiful hills and the nearby lake. the breakfast had an abundance of options and was sensational!

The restaurant was a little pricey for what it was, but there are other options nearby. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was quite small, which made it difficult to move around comfortably.

Great hotel with swimming pool, sauna, and steam rooms. Attentive personnel. Excellent bed, shower, and TV. Fast WIFI. Large selection of Swiss cheeses for breakfast. Stunning views of Lake Constance from one of the rooms.

Nothing bad to say.

We liked the hotel due to the recently opened spa, although to our regret dual massages weren´t possible. We had to take turns... The 5-course dinner was absolutely fabulous, good wine selection, very friendly waiters. A perfect stay to relax and pass time, the area is worth visiting.

Food in the restaurant was relatively expensive for what you get. I am more a fan of internet included in the price of the hotel rather than having to buy separate internet cards for if - I remember well - about €20.

Additional facilities include a basket of fresh fruit and herbal teas for relaxing moments.

There is some noise disturbance from the internal building movement from the staff early in the morning.
